voteBy now, most Americans have seen or heard of CNBC’s Rick Santelli and his on-air outburst stating “the government is promoting bad behavior” with the bailouts. (READ MORE) Even President Obama’s Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, invited the CNBC editor to a “decaf” coffee to discuss the issue. But Santelli did bring up a major point, should citizens vote on the stimulus measures?

You can’t cure anything by throwing money at it…Let the chips fall where they may, but if you are going under because of your own stupidity..Consider it a hard lesson learned and get back to your life thru hard work and new decisions, but don’t let the government fool you into thinking that they are going to bail you out of anything. The only thing that will happen is our children and our children’s children will be so far in debt that they won’t see daylight for years to come….Stop this insanity, cut the size of the government, and make them work by “our” rules not their special status…They are supposed to be working for the American people - NOT vise versa…Barb

I am appalled at the Americans that voted for these politicians. The age of Government BIGGER THAN EVER is here and probably to stay. The government is so supporting bad behavior because everytime one gets in trouble be it with an illegitimate baby,you get welfare, can’t pay your mortgage, you get a bailout, rob someone you get protected more than the victim.. OMGosh our fore fathers must be turning in their graves.
