David Biddulph
David Biddulph is the co-founder and current CEO of MarketForce Corporation.
In addition to his work in the private sector, David has a long history of involvement as a citizen activist. Most recently, he is the co-founder of the Vote on Taxes Committee, which seeks to require voter approval of new taxes, spending, and debt at the federal level.
David was also the founder and former chairman of the Tax Cap Committee, an organization that collected over 3 million signatures in the mid-1990s to limit taxation and protect private property rights in Florida. Prior, he served as the Volusia County volunteer director for the 1992 “Save Our Home” petition drive, which worked to limit increases in property taxes.
Originally from Dearborn, Michigan, David began his career at the National Bank of Detroit in banking systems and pension investment, where he achieved the designation of Certified Financial Analyst. Prior to starting MarketForce, David and his wife co-founded a solar heating company.
David earned an MBA from the University of Michigan. He currently lives in New Smyrna Beach, Florida with Susie, his wife of 43 years. They have one daughter.
